For complete novices aged 4 to 16 we would recommend coming along to one of our "Stick & Puck" sessions, these are held frequently on Sunday afternoon, please check the events guide or calendar for confirmation of when we are running our next session. The sessions are COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE WITH NO OBLIGATION so you really have nothing to lose. We will lend you everything you need to get out on the ice including skates (but bring your own if you have them), stick, gloves and helmet. It is a fun informal session designed to let you see if you like it or not, before coming along to our team training.
If you can already skate and own your own pair of hockey skates already, you are welcome to come and join in with our Wednesday or Thursday evening training sessions.
If you are aged between 4 and 18, you may join our Junior Club which is open to boys and girls of any ability. Some hockey clubs have strict entry requirements - ours our very simple. First, you must own your own pair of ice hockey skates. Secondly, you must be able to skate without holding on the edge of the rink (it doesn't matter if you are a bit wobbly!). Finally and most importantly, you must be ready to have fun and enjoy yourself - that is our primary goal.
For team training times please click on the appropriate age group in the Junior menu, then select "Training Times". Age Groups:
